Where do I send my candidates for testing or on-line sessions?
All testing is done via the world wide web. Send a potential candidate to www.rmspecialists.com/signin.
Be sure that you have provided the candidate with your account number and the type (personality profile, job applicaton or specific assessment type) of
session(s) they should complete.
Alternatively, you may link directly to the HR Professional© network from your existing site.

When can I expect the results?
If you chose "Send all results via e-mail" upon account registration you can expect results to be sent to you in less than 24-hours. Otherwise, all results will be sent via next day mail.
Background investigation in some states may take 2 - 3 business days.
In what format can I expect the results?
All results are sent in the portable document format (PDF) and are viewable with the Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download the reader for free from Adobe.
How do I conduct a background investigation?
- Send your candidate to www.rmspecialists.com/signin and have them complete an on-line job application and release form.
- When the application and release form are complete you will be notified by e-mail.
- Upon notification go to the HR Professional© home page and click on "Background Reports" then "Quick Check".
- Choose the desired investigative services and submit the form.
The on-line job application and release form contain release statements that will allow most investigative services to be performed.
In the case that an electronic verification is not enough, we will send the appropriate paperwork to you by fax so be sure to include contact name and number on the request form.
How do I conduct a background investigation without having the candidate fill out the on-line job application?
- Verify that you have all necessary information by viewing the requirements documentation.
- Go to the HR Professional© home page at www.rmspecialists.com and click on "Background Reports" and then choose the desired services.
